Version 2 · Effective October 2, 2026 (Eastern Time)
Webq Pro LLC operates the Taskburgh software platform, owns the Taskburgh brand and taskburgh.com domain, and provides platform support. Taskburgh LLC is a Pennsylvania limited liability company providing local services. Our local service business is based in the Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania area. For customer or platform support, contact hello@taskburgh.com or 412-676-2029. They are separate legal entities. Each remains responsible for its own conduct and obligations.
Your estimate, service agreement and invoice identify the business responsible for your work. If a different local provider is identified, your service agreement is with that provider. Joining Taskburgh does not by itself establish that a provider is licensed, insured, an employee or an agent of another company. Applicable qualifications and coverage must be checked for the work being offered.
These terms govern platform use. The separately accepted service order governs the work and its price. Mandatory consumer rights prevail. A website description or platform account does not replace a job-specific contract, required notices or permits.
You must be at least 18 to enter a service agreement through Taskburgh, and authorized to arrange work on the property or device. Give accurate information and update your contact details when needed. You may request work for someone else only with appropriate authority; paying their invoice does not grant access to their account or service history.
Keep sign-in links, codes, passkeys and private job links secure. Use your own account and tell us promptly about suspected unauthorized access. Passkeys are optional. Your device or passkey service manages the private credential and any biometric check; Taskburgh stores the information needed to verify the credential, not your fingerprint or face scan.
A request is an invitation to discuss work, not an automatic booking or payment obligation. Before commitment, review the provider, scope, exclusions, fixed price or hourly rates, crew size, materials, timing and any other charges. An hourly estimate is not a fixed total; agreed limits and legally required limits still apply. A staff-created record does not mean you accepted an estimate.
The Local Service and Pricing Terms explain how work and approved extras are billed. Added tasks, changed rates, purchasing time, materials or disposal charges require agreement before the extra work or purchase. Accepting one job does not authorize future jobs or recurring charges. A signature or completion acknowledgment applies to the document shown and is not a blanket release of claims.
Authorized staff may enter details you give by phone or in person into a customer record, job or invoice. This does not create an online account or accept documents for you. You can use an available private payment link without registering. The link permits limited access to the information it displays; anyone you share it with may see that information. Ask us to revoke or replace a misdirected link.
Checkout shows the amount and available payment method before you authorize payment. Confirmation depends on the payment processor or verification of an offline payment. A return from checkout alone does not establish that payment succeeded. A receipt email, payment or link possession does not verify ownership of a customer account. Online payment is offered only when the relevant provider and method are activated.
You may subsequently verify your email and request an account connection. A missing or different existing customer email requires staff verification through an existing contact. Account creation and connection are separate from paying. You may request receipts, paper copies and support without opening an account.
We use service communications to handle your request, appointment, account and payment. These are separate from optional marketing. Registering, requesting work or paying does not enroll you in marketing. Electronic delivery of legally required records requires the applicable separate consent and process described in our Electronic Records Disclosure.
You retain your rights in submitted photos, messages and documents. You permit Webq and your provider to store, process and show them to authorized people as necessary to operate the service, perform the requested work and maintain lawful records. This does not authorize public advertising use. Separate, specific permission is required to publish private customer photos or a testimonial.
Do not upload unlawful material, malware, full payment-card details, access passwords or unrelated sensitive information. Do not impersonate others, bypass access controls, harass people or disrupt the service. Truthful criticism, an honest review or a lawful complaint is permitted.
We may restrict new requests or platform access for substantiated fraud, misuse, safety concerns or unpaid balances, and will explain a restriction and a way to seek review when practicable and lawful. A restriction does not erase debts, cancel an existing agreement or remove statutory remedies. We provide a verified alternative route to obtain existing records or address payments and complaints when normal access is unavailable.
We use reasonable care to operate the platform, but interruptions can occur. Contact the provider directly for an urgent scheduling or service matter. Taskburgh is not an emergency response service. No uninterrupted-availability promise or specific outcome is created by using the website.
Contact hello@taskburgh.com or 412-676-2029 with a platform, billing or service concern; identify the job when possible. We will review the issue and direct it to the responsible company. These terms do not impose compulsory arbitration, waive a jury trial, penalize honest reviews, release negligence claims or limit rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
Pennsylvania law governs these terms to the extent consistent with mandatory applicable law. Disputes may be brought before a court with lawful jurisdiction. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent lawful.
The version and effective date shown with this document identify the applicable platform terms. Material changes apply prospectively with notice and renewed acceptance where required. Publishing new terms does not rewrite a previously accepted service order, change a completed transaction or record acceptance on your behalf. You can save the document and ask for an earlier version or a paper copy.
