Who handles your information

Webq Pro LLC operates the Taskburgh platform. Taskburgh LLC, or the other provider identified on your service order, handles information needed for its local services. The companies have separate responsibilities; their roles depend on the processing activity and applicable law. For privacy questions or requests, contact hello@taskburgh.com or 412-676-2029. You do not need an account to contact us.

Information we collect

We receive names, contact details, service addresses, request answers, appointment details, messages, uploaded photos and other information you provide online, by phone or in person. Staff may create a business customer record using information you give even if you never register an account. We also maintain estimates, approvals, invoices, payment references, receipts, service history, feedback and records of requests or disputes.

Account and technical records include verified email status, session information, passkey public credential information, sign-in/security logs, IP address, browser details and document acceptance evidence. Taskburgh does not receive your device's fingerprint or face scan for passkey sign-in. We may derive approximate location from available network location information to select a local scene; this does not identify your home or enable continuous location tracking. Illustrative neighborhood simulations are not actual customer visits.

Card details are handled by the activated payment processor or its payment application. We store payment status, amounts, transaction references and limited payer/receipt details needed for the transaction, not complete card numbers or security codes. Do not send card data, account passwords or unrelated sensitive documents in messages or photos.

Why we use information

We use information to respond to requests, estimate and schedule work, assign appropriate personnel, communicate, perform agreed services, manage materials and payments, supply receipts and support, and maintain accounting and dispute records. Operational analytics help us understand service demand, workload and business performance. Access to personal information and detailed business reports is restricted according to role and business context.

We use technical records to secure accounts, prevent misuse, troubleshoot and preserve evidence of important actions. A receipt address, payment or private link is not proof that a person owns a customer record. We verify account connections and sensitive privacy requests separately.

If an optional AI feature is enabled, information submitted to that feature may be processed by its configured service to assist with interpretation or drafting. A person must review outputs before relying on them for customer commitments. We do not promise that a third-party service has no retention or training rights unless its actual terms and configuration establish that. We will describe a materially different use before activating it. Customer documents are not permission to train our own general-purpose model.

Sharing and service providers

Your provider and assigned or otherwise authorized personnel receive the information needed for their work. Webq administrators may access records for support, security and platform administration. A business invited to Taskburgh does not automatically receive another business's customer list or private records.

Hosting, delivery, payment and mapping services process relevant information to provide their functions. Current platform hosting is in Canada; encrypted operational backups may also be held in the United States. Email delivery uses Resend through the configured mail service. Stripe processes online payments when activated; another payment service is identified when offered. Those services also apply their own privacy terms where they act independently.

We may disclose information to professional advisers, to comply with legal obligations, to protect lawful rights and safety, or as part of a lawful business transfer subject to appropriate protections and required notices. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Address suggestions, maps and links

Address search text is sent through our server to Photon for OpenStreetMap address suggestions. The search does not include your account name, job description or separately entered apartment field. You may enter the address manually. Team maps use map files served by Taskburgh. Opening Apple Maps or Google Maps sends the selected location to that service.

A private visit or invoice link is a bearer link: its holder can see the limited information available through it. Share it only with intended recipients and report a misdirected link so it can be replaced. Our link-preview artwork omits customer details and amounts, but the messaging service used to share a link may process its URL. Account verification is still required before connecting wider customer history.

Retention and deletion

We keep active service and account information for the purposes described above. After a verified closure or deletion request, we remove or de-identify information that is no longer necessary and revoke affected access. Financial, tax, contract, consent, fraud/security and dispute evidence may be retained where needed to meet legal obligations, establish or defend claims, or protect others' records. Retained information is restricted to those purposes; account closure does not erase an outstanding balance or a shared transaction.

There is no single retention period for every record. We consider the type of record, the purpose, applicable legal periods, open obligations and disputes. We can explain the categories retained for your request. Backup copies are separate from ordinary account access. Account deletion does not automatically purge every backup, including separately retained recovery copies. We restrict retained copies to recovery and necessary legal/security purposes, review them for disposal, and apply relevant deletion restrictions before restored data is returned to normal use.

Your choices and requests

You can update available profile fields in your account and ask to access, correct, export or delete your information. You can contact us even without an account. We verify identity and authority before disclosing records and will explain any applicable limitation or refusal. Where the platform offers an archive, it uses authenticated access and an expiring download; email notification is a separate action. Do not forward the archive to someone who should not receive your information.

Marketing choices are separate from account and service messages. You can decline optional marketing and withdraw a specific photo-publication permission for future use. We do not condition service on permission to advertise with your home or photographs. Rights provided by applicable law remain available even if not listed here.

Security, children and changes

We use access controls, verification, private file storage and other reasonable safeguards, but no system is risk-free. Notify us of suspected unauthorized access. The service is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child supplied personal information without appropriate permission, contact us so we can review it.

The effective date and version appear with this notice. We explain material changes and obtain consent where legally required. Acknowledging receipt of this notice is not blanket consent to marketing, photo publication or an unrelated new processing purpose.
