Choice of delivery

You can read, save and print Taskburgh's online documents. You can ask the provider or hello@taskburgh.com / 412-676-2029 for a paper copy or another way to complete a transaction. An online account is optional for requesting a copy. We do not charge a paper-copy fee under this disclosure.

What an acknowledgment does

Acknowledging this disclosure confirms that you received it. It does not itself enroll you in paperless delivery of every legally required record. A payment, receipt email, account registration or service message is not blanket consent to electronic delivery or a signature on a service contract.

When a transaction requires consumer consent to electronic delivery of legally required written records, the provider must obtain a separate affirmative consent using a process that reasonably demonstrates access to the electronic format used. That process must identify the records covered, any option to use paper, how to withdraw, how to update contact information and the practical consequences. Until that process is completed, required paper delivery remains available and must be used where necessary.

Access requirements

To view the current platform you need an internet connection and a supported modern browser on a computer, tablet or phone. PDF records require a PDF viewer. Saving or printing requires appropriate device storage or a printer. Merely opening this web page does not demonstrate that you can access every other document format. If material technical requirements change, we will explain the change and obtain renewed consent where required.

Electronic signatures and evidence

Where the platform offers signing, review the complete document and use the action explicitly labeled to sign or accept it. The evidence may include your verified account, name, affirmative action, date, document version and hash, and relevant technical information. Staff must not sign as you. A signature applies only to the identified document and does not automatically sign later changes.

The provider must supply its own signature and other required notices where the transaction requires them. A customer-only typed-name acceptance, general platform terms or a payment receipt does not substitute for a legally complete home-improvement agreement.

Withdrawal and assistance

Contact us to update delivery details, request paper or withdraw an electronic-delivery consent. We will explain another available way to complete the transaction. Withdrawal applies prospectively and does not undo an already valid signature or eliminate required record retention. We do not impose a withdrawal fee under this disclosure. Statutory cancellation rights remain separate and may be exercised through legally permitted methods without an account.
