Access to Taskburgh

We aim to make Taskburgh usable with a keyboard, assistive technology, different screen sizes and reduced-motion preferences. Accessibility is ongoing work; this statement is not a certification that every feature meets a particular technical standard.

The optional interface guide can be skipped and replayed. Learning the interface is not a condition of requesting service, reviewing documents or exercising a legal right. Animated neighborhood scenes are decorative and do not carry information required to book or pay for work.

Help and alternative formats

If a page, document, form or payment flow is difficult to use, contact hello@taskburgh.com or 412-676-2029. Tell us the page or task, what prevented access, and a convenient way to reply. You do not need to disclose a diagnosis. We will review the barrier and discuss a reasonable alternative, such as assistance by phone or a paper copy.

Do not send passwords, full payment-card information or unnecessary medical details with an accessibility request. A request for assistance does not waive any right or authorize staff to sign a document on your behalf.
