Information used for team operations

Webq Pro LLC operates Taskburgh; the business that engages you controls its work and personnel decisions. We process identity and contact details, account credentials, role and category permissions, availability, assignments, time entries, work messages, receipts, payment allocations, approved reimbursements, feedback and security or audit records relevant to your use of the service.

Work records and platform activity can identify who viewed or changed a business record, when a timer was started or corrected, and who approved a financial action. This is operational and security recordkeeping, not a promise of continuous monitoring. Taskburgh does not receive the biometric data your device uses to unlock a passkey. A neighborhood simulation is not live tracking of a worker.

Visibility and purposes

Authorized business administrators and managers can view information within their permissions to schedule work, support clients, review quality, resolve issues and maintain accurate records. Coworkers see only information their role and assignments permit. Earnings, private inventory and other restricted records are not automatically shared with every teammate. Webq administrators have platform support and security responsibilities, and provider businesses remain separated by access controls.

Customer feedback and completion statistics provide context, not a conclusive determination of misconduct or entitlement to pay. You may raise an inaccurate record with your manager and request correction or a recorded response. Managers must apply fair review and applicable employment and privacy law; platform analytics do not replace that responsibility.

Storage, disclosure and requests

The general Privacy Notice describes hosting in Canada, possible encrypted backups in the United States, service providers, access controls, retention factors and privacy contacts. Business, legal, financial and security evidence may remain after departure where required or justified for those purposes. Offboarding disables access; it is not a promise to erase shared job history or outstanding pay records.

Contact hello@taskburgh.com or the engaging business to request access, correction, an export or deletion. Identity and authority must be verified, and other people's confidential information and lawful retention obligations may limit disclosure or deletion. Acknowledging this notice does not authorize advertising use of your image, unnecessary tracking, deductions from compensation or a change in worker classification.
