Pick a service on the request page, answer a few short questions about the job and add photos. A person on our team reviews your request and sends you an estimate. You confirm your email with a one-time code, so you can see the estimate in your account.

Every estimate shows how many people will arrive and the time we expect the job to take. The price is shown in full, in one or both of these ways:

• Full price for the job: one number for the job as described.
• Full hourly rate: the rate per person per hour and the expected range for the job.

If both are offered, you choose the one you prefer when you accept.

No hidden fees after the job. Everything you will be charged for is listed on the estimate before you accept it. Card processing costs are not added to your price.

We work across Pittsburgh. For an address that is far from the rest of our day, or on a very busy day, we may add a trip fee. When we do, it is a separate line on your estimate, so you see it before you accept. A trip fee is never added after the job.

The full price for the job suits work that is easy to describe up front: you know the total before we start. The hourly rate suits jobs that are harder to size: you pay the rate for the time the crew works, and the estimate shows the expected range and any minimum charge. If you want to add work on the day, we agree on it with you before we start it.

Photos help us understand the job before we arrive, so the crew size, the time and the price on your estimate are as close to the real job as possible. Some services require photos; for others they are optional but helpful.

A person on our team reviews your request, photos and details, clarifies the work if needed, and prepares the estimate. You review the scope and price before accepting. Nothing is sent automatically.

We work across Pittsburgh. You do not need to check your ZIP code first: send a request with your address, and if a trip fee applies, it will be on the estimate.

Available payment methods are listed on your invoice. Online payment is available only when it is enabled for that invoice. Otherwise, use the payment options arranged with our team. The amount follows the option you accepted on your estimate.

Tips are never required. If you choose to leave one, all of it goes to the people who did the work.
