No phone tag and no guessing at the price. Here is what happens after you send a request.
Pick a service, answer a few short questions and add photos of what needs doing.
A person on our team reviews your request and sends an estimate: how many people will arrive, the expected time, and the full price for the job or the full hourly rate.
Accept the option you prefer. We schedule the visit, and the crew comes to do the job you agreed on.
You pay for the work you accepted, plus any separately agreed extras. Your invoice itemizes the charges before payment.
No hidden fees after the job. You see the full price for the job up front — or the full hourly rate.
Estimate
Example layoutOption A · Full hourly rate
Rate per person per hour, with the expected range for the job
Option B · Full price for the job
One number for the job as described
Choose the work option that suits you. Materials and any additional work are agreed separately.
If you want to add work on the day, we agree on it with you before we start it.
Know what you’re saying yes to. Leave the figuring-out to us.
Your work price covers the people doing the job and the coordination that makes it happen. No separate platform fee at checkout.
Any visit fee is shown in your estimate. Extra work needs your agreement before we start.
Materials and shopping are agreed separately from labor. A store run can be a fixed fee or time at an agreed rate. Any expected bank or transaction cost on the purchase is discussed beforehand and reconciled against the actual purchase.
Sales tax depends on the service, materials and address. Check the tax status on your proposal and invoice: current work estimates do not calculate sales tax. Any applicable amount needs to be confirmed before payment.
Ordinary processing costs are covered by the rate. If an eligible credit-card surcharge applies, you see the exact amount before approving payment. It is separate from the transaction cost of buying materials.
Add a few photos and answer a few questions. We will send you an estimate to review, with the full price or the full hourly rate.
