Profile and Photo Publication Rules

Separate, specific publication permission

Publishing a person's portrait, biography, testimonial or private job photograph requires a separate choice identifying the exact material, the intended page or channel, the purpose and the business making the request. Reading or acknowledging these rules alone does not supply that permission. A staff record or account profile is private unless the actual publication workflow and authorization say otherwise.

What you keep and what you permit

You retain your rights in your original material. A specific publication permission grants only the rights reasonably needed for the uses described in that request. Do not approve content owned by someone else without their authorization. Images must not expose a customer's address, security details, unrelated people or private documents without the relevant permission and review.

Publication permission is optional and is not a condition of receiving ordinary service or having a platform account. We will not fabricate an endorsement, change the meaning of a testimonial or condition a benefit on a positive review. A paid or otherwise incentivized endorsement must include any legally required disclosure.

Withdrawal

Contact hello@taskburgh.com or 412-676-2029 to withdraw permission for future use or ask to remove material from channels we control. We will stop new uses and address existing controlled publications within a reasonable time, subject to necessary evidence retention. We cannot guarantee removal of copies independently shared, cached or printed by others. Withdrawal does not change your service, payment or other legal rights.
