--- kind: "estimate_terms" version: 2 title: "Local Service and Pricing Terms" effectiveAt: "2026-10-03T01:54:43.981Z" material: true draft: false --- ## Provider and agreed work These Local Service and Pricing Terms apply to direct work performed by Taskburgh LLC when incorporated into your accepted service order. Taskburgh LLC serves the Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania area. For service questions, contact hello@taskburgh.com or 412-676-2029. Where required by law, the contractor's full address and transaction-specific cancellation details must appear in your individual service contract. A different provider must be named in its own agreement. Webq Pro LLC supplies the platform and does not become the local contractor merely by hosting a booking. Your order must describe the work, location or device, exclusions, provider, price basis, materials and expected schedule. A category listed on the website is not a promise that every task is available or legally authorized. Work needing registration, licensing, a permit, specialized training or insurance is not authorized by these general terms. The provider must confirm the prerequisites and any required separate contract before offering, accepting or starting that work. ## What your price covers The agreed labor price covers the described work and ordinary business costs, including team coordination and use of the Taskburgh platform. Standard payment-processing costs are business costs unless a separate lawful charge is explicitly disclosed and accepted. Internal worker compensation and Webq's business fee are not additional customer charges merely because those amounts appear in internal accounting. Where sales tax applies, Taskburgh normally quotes a tax-inclusive customer price and identifies the included tax on the invoice. An expressly tax-exclusive quote must clearly show the added tax and customer total before acceptance. Tax depends on the service and applicable location; some work is not taxable. A zero tax line or inactive tax configuration is not evidence of exemption. The provider remains responsible for correct registration, calculation, collection and remittance. An accepted fixed customer total is not increased later solely because the provider misconfigured tax. Fixed-price work is billed at the agreed amount for the defined scope. Hourly work must show each rate, whether it applies per worker or to the whole crew, any minimum, the billing increment, estimated duration and any agreed ceiling. Breaks and the same minutes may not be billed twice. Changing work categories may change the rate only after agreement. Work completion, invoicing and payment are separate events. ## Materials and purchasing Before buying materials for you, we agree on the items or purpose, budget and treatment of unused or returnable items. Materials are charged at documented purchase cost unless a different price is expressly agreed in advance. A worker's reimbursement from the company is separate from your agreed bill. You may agree to pay for a shopping trip or purchasing time. The quote must specify a fixed purchasing fee or a time-based rate and limit. We do not charge both for the same activity unless distinct services are clearly described and agreed. Driving, delivery, parking or disposal is not an automatic extra. Any supplier or bank transaction cost associated with purchasing materials must be separately described, estimated or capped, and approved before purchase. It is zero unless agreed. An estimate of that cost is reconciled to the actual documented cost unless a fixed purchasing-service fee was expressly agreed. Calling a fee a materials fee does not permit an undisclosed card surcharge or charging more than the agreed terms. ## Card payments, tips and deposits A card surcharge is separate from a materials-purchase cost. It is off by default and can be offered only when permitted by law, the processor and the applicable card-network rules, with the required notices and an eligible card type. No surcharge is charged on debit or prepaid cards. You must see any applicable amount and total before authorizing payment. Availability of a setting does not authorize an otherwise prohibited fee. Tips are optional and do not affect the promised service. An internal platform commission is not deducted from tips. The receipt identifies payments actually confirmed and any remaining balance. Cash or an external transfer must be verified before being recorded as paid. We do not collect payment twice for the same invoice. Payment is due as stated in your accepted order. A deposit, prepayment, stored-card authorization or recurring charge requires its own disclosed agreement and applicable legal safeguards. These terms create no automatic late fee, interest charge, collection fee or deposit requirement. ## Changes, access and safe performance We agree on extra or removed work, revised prices or rates and schedule changes before proceeding. A chat message requesting an extra is not consent to an undisclosed charge. Required signed change orders remain necessary even if the platform records a conversation or payment. Provide authorized access, identify known hazards and secure pets and valuables. We pause affected work when unsafe conditions, concealed damage, unsuitable surfaces or unexpected requirements arise, and discuss a safe next step. Discovery alone does not authorize an extra charge. We may decline work beyond our lawful qualifications or available equipment. For device work, describe the problem and maintain a current backup when possible. We agree on access, diagnostics, parts and data handling before work. We do not promise successful data recovery or use a general waiver to remove responsibility for our own conduct. Parts specifications, availability and any manufacturer warranty are identified in the order. ## Scheduling, cancellations and refunds Tell us promptly if a time no longer works. If the provider proposes a different time, you can accept it or request an alternative; a schedule edit alone is not your agreement to a new charge. These general terms impose no cancellation or no-show penalty. Any optional commercial cancellation term must be lawful and explicitly agreed before booking and cannot override a statutory right. For a Pennsylvania home-improvement contract covered by the statutory cancellation right, you may rescind without penalty within three business days after signing, except for a valid statutory emergency exception. You may give actual notice orally or in writing, including by phone, in person or electronically; an account or staff approval is not required. Other applicable cancellation rights remain available, including a longer cancellation period when required notices or forms have not been delivered. The provider must also give any transaction-specific written notice and cancellation forms required by law. Contact us about incomplete work, damage, an incorrect charge or a refund. We will review the facts and explain the proposed correction or decision. Refunds owed under law or your agreement are not subject to an invented administrative fee. Applicable statutory refund deadlines control. Otherwise, timing depends on the refund obligation and payment method; a request or internal approval is not proof that money has reached you. ## Home-improvement contracts and rights Where Pennsylvania's Home Improvement Consumer Protection Act applies, the complete job-specific contract must satisfy its requirements, including both parties' signatures, contractor details and registration when required, scope, price, timing, required disclosures and delivery of a copy. These website terms and a payment receipt do not replace that contract. Applicable deposit limits and time-and-materials estimate/change-order rules must be observed. Contact the Pennsylvania Bureau of Consumer Protection at 1-888-520-6680 for consumer information. An acknowledgment that a visit ended or a payment was made is not a release of unknown defects or legal claims. No additional fixed-duration workmanship warranty is promised unless stated in the order; mandatory warranties and remedies remain unaffected.
